1. Purpose, Equal Access & Honest Expectations (18+)
Just as Jewish singles have JDate, Black singles have BLK, Latino singles have Chispa, and Asian singles have EastMeetEast, Ivory was created so white singles have their own welcoming dating community to celebrate shared heritage, traditions, and connection.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Ivory. While Ivory is focused on and marketed for white singles, we welcome adults 18+ of all backgrounds and ethnicities without discrimination. Registration and access to the Ivory platform are open to all eligible adults without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, or any other protected classification under applicable federal or state law (including 42 U.S.C. § 1981 and state public accommodation laws). However, because Ivory is built for white singles who are specifically looking to meet other white singles, we want to be upfront that we cannot guarantee matching success for everyone, as individual members exercise their own personal dating preferences when choosing whom to like, match, or message.
2. Explicit Renunciation of Extremism & Zero-Tolerance Safety Policy
Ivory explicitly and unconditionally renounces extremism, white supremacy, racism, antisemitism, hate groups, and bigotry of every kind. Ivory is a positive dating platform centered on romance, friendship, casual dating, and family-minded relationships — never hostility toward any group. We enforce an immediate zero-tolerance policy against hate speech, racial slurs, extremist or supremacist symbols/codes, harassment, non-consensual content, and fraudulent or unverified accounts. Every profile and message is screened by automated moderation guardrails, and any user can report or block any profile in one tap. Violating accounts are permanently terminated without refund.
3. Child Safety Standards & Zero-Tolerance Against CSAE / CSAM
Ivory strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form. Ivory is strictly an 18+ adult dating service; minors under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or accessing the platform.
We maintain comprehensive child safety standards across the Ivory web and mobile apps:
- Strict 18+ Age Enforcement & Liveness Checks: Any account suspected of belonging to a minor is immediately suspended and permanently removed.
- In-App One-Tap Reporting: Every member profile and chat conversation includes a built-in one-tap Report / Block button allowing users to flag any child safety concern, underage user, or policy violation directly within the app without leaving the platform.
- Immediate Removal & Law Enforcement Reporting (NCMEC): Upon becoming aware of or obtaining actual knowledge of any CSAM or CSAE content, Ivory immediately removes the content, permanently terminates the offending account, preserves relevant evidence, and reports the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and applicable regional law enforcement authorities in full compliance with federal and international child safety laws.

4. Ivory Silver & Ivory Gold Step-Down Subscriptions & Cancellation Rules
Ivory offers optional recurring monthly memberships in two step-down tiers: Ivory Silver (starting at $14.99 for Month 1 and automatically stepping down by $1.00 per month on each consecutive renewal until reaching the permanent floor of $4.99 per month from Month 11 onward) and Ivory Gold (starting at $29.99 for Month 1 and automatically stepping down by $2.00 per month on each consecutive renewal until reaching the permanent floor of $9.99 per month from Month 11 onward).
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal or app account settings, effective at the end of your current billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription and choose to re-subscribe at any point in the future, your subscription resets and restarts at the Month 1 rate ($14.99/month for Silver or $29.99/month for Gold). Members who use “Snooze Mode” hide their public profile while keeping their active subscription and monthly step-down progression intact.
5. Refunds & Governing Law
First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial Month 1 payment if they have not violated community guidelines. Subsequent monthly renewals are non-refundable. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and total liability is capped at the amount paid by you to Ivory in the preceding three (3) months.
